摘要
针对电磁铸轧系统中的电加热炉,采用了EPEC 3G系列微处理器建立了电加热炉恒流量控制系统。给出了总体设计方案,包括各环节变量关系的推导,系统硬件及CODESYS编程软件的使用。实现了驱动电机在电炉不同旋转位置能自动采用不同的旋转速度,从而使电炉输出的流量保持稳定。
Constructed a control system of the electric stove with constant flow based on EPEC 3G microprocessor for the dectric stove in the electromagnetic roll-casting system. The whole design of system has been described, including the hardware and the application of the CODESYS software, accordingly the variable relation of every link was deduced. The driving motor can rotate in different speed automatically while the electric stove in corresponding position and the flow of the electric stove can keep stable.
