摘要
采用交流钨极氩弧焊工艺、对L2纯铝的焊接性进行了分析,对焊接工艺进行了研究,找出合理的焊接工艺,解决了纯铝L2焊接时难熔合、易焊塌、易夹钨、易产生气孔和裂纹等问题.
L2 weldability was analyzed and welding craft of pure aluminum was studied by using the exchange tungstic electrode argon. Then the reasonable welding craft was discovered to solve the problems that pure aluminum L2 welding was difficult to fuse,but easy to rain, attach Tungsten and produce blowhole and cracks.
