摘要
介绍一种直接在波导传输线中构成GaAsFET功率放大器的方法,给出了这种功率放大器的设计和计算方法.实验数据和实际使用结果表明,这种结构的功率放大器具有损耗低、增益高、调整方便和性能稳定等优点,文中给出的设计方法对实践有较高的指导意义.
A method of constructing GaAs FET power amplifier in waveguide is developed,and the design and calculation method of the power amplifier is given in this paper.The results of experiment and practical use show that this type of power amplifier possesses the performances of low loss,high gain,stable property and easy adjustment.
