摘要
目的评价疝环充填式无张力疝修补术在急诊疝手术中的疗效.方法采用美国Bard公司的Marlex meshperfix plug成型产品,对21例嵌顿疝行疝环充填式无张力疝修补术.结果全组手术时间45～120min,平均75min;术后6～24h下床活动;切口感染1例;住院时间3～7d,平均5.5d;随访2～60个月无复发.结论疝环充填式无张力疝修补术在急诊疝手术中应用安全有效.
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of tension - free hernia repair in the emergency operation. Methods The tension - free hernia repair was administered in 21 emergency patients with incarcerated hernia using the Bard Marlex mesh perfix plug, Results The operation time was 45 - 120min （ mean 75min）. The patient get out of bed 6 ～ 24 hours later after operation. The cut infection occurred in 1 patient. The postoperative hospital stay was 3 - 7 days（ mean 5.5days）. Follow - up for 2 ～ 60 months found no recurrence. Conclusion Tension - free hernia repair in the emergency herniaoperation has the advantage of safety and satisfactory results.
