摘要
用克山病病区粮配制的低硒饲料,加入一定量的硒(Na_2SeO_3,0.55mg/kg)或/和(Ge一132,300mg/kg),研究对病区粮喂养大鼠心、肝、肾脂质过氧化的影响。结果表明,病区粮喂养大鼠12周,可致大鼠肝、肾自由基含量,心、肝、肾脂质过氧化物(LPO)水平显著增加;心、肝、肾谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH一Px)活性显著降低。病区粮中补硒(Na_2SeO_3,0.55mg/kg)可以拮抗低硒喂养所致大鼠心、肝、肾自由基含量和脂质过氧化物水平增加及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性降低;病区粮中补锗(Ge一132,300mg/kg)也可拮抗低硒喂养所致大鼠心、肝、肾自由基含量和脂质过氧化物水平增加,但对心、肝、肾谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性降低影响不明显。病区粮同时补硒和补锗(Na_2SeO_3,0.55mg/kg+Ge一132,300mg/kg)则表现出比单一补硒或补锗更强的抗氧化作用。
The effect of selenium and germanium of lipid peroxidation of heart,liver and kidney of rat fedon diet of Keshan disease area(DKDA) was studied by adding selenium(Na2SeO3 ,0.55 mg/kg)or /and ger-manium(Ge-132,300 mg/kg)to the DKDA.The results showed that the contents of free radical in liver andkidney,the contents of lipid peroxides(LPO)in heart,liver and kidney of rats fed on DKDA for 12 weekswere increased significantly,and the activities of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in heart,liver and kidneyof rats were reduced siganificantly. The increase of the contents of free radical and LPO in heart,liver and kid- ney of rats fed on DKDA were antagonized by adding selenium or germanium alone to the DKDA. But the re- duction of activities of GSH-Px in heart,liver and kidney of rats fed on DKDA wasn't affected obviously byadding germanium alone to the DKDA. The stronger antioxidation effect was achieved by adding selenium andgermanium to the DKDA simultaneously.
