摘要
本文测定了275名9—14岁儿童的血脂浓度，并进行了不同程度肥胖儿童血脂指标的协方差和方基分析。结果表明，正常与不同程度肥胖儿童的TC水平未发现显著性差异，而HDL-c、TG水平均有显著性差异．且随肥胖程度的加重HDL-c值逐渐减少．TG值逐渐增高。LDL-c在正常组与重度肥胖组之间有显著性差异。但不同程度肥胖组相互间比较结果．只有HDL-c轻度肥胖与重度肥胖之间有显著位差异，其它均未发现显著性差异。LDL-c／HDL-c比值随肥胖程度加重而逐渐增大。
The levels of blood - lipids were determined among 275 school children aged 7 - 14 years. The results indicated that there were significant differences in the levels of TG, HDL - c, and LDL - c/HDL - c ratio between normal and obese children. TG level and LDL - c/HDL - c ratio incrcased and HDL - c level decreased with degrees of obesity. There was no significant difference in TC level between normal and obese children. The statistically significant difference in LDL - c level was found between normal and severely obese children. Among obese children, only HDL - c levels between mild and severely obese children were significantly different. To rcduce blood - lipid levels, it is necessary to prevent children from obesity.
