摘要
试验将12只雌性阿帕克羊驼随机分为4组,用简易的外科手术在其颈部皮下埋植褪黑激素(MLT)缓释剂,埋植量为0、50、100、150mg,经过对各水平MLT埋植组羊驼血清催乳素(PRL)、血清尿素氮(BUN)、血液中生长激素(GH)和血清总蛋白(TP)影响的分析,探讨MLT促进羊驼绒毛生长的机理。研究结果表明,MLT可显著(P<0.05)降低羊驼血液PRL和BUN的水平,增加了羊驼GH水平和TP含量。
In order to study the mechanism of how MTL affected alpaca fleece growth ,12 female alpacas were injected melatonin (MLT) by 0mg, 50mg, 100mg, 150mg from Feb to May. The results showed that MTL can make PRL in blood, BUN in plasm decreased significantly, and make GH in blood and TP increased.
