摘要
东北亚国际体系从层次分析的视角而言是一个次国际体系,其主导单位是国家。东北亚国际体系的结构对单位和体系有着重大影响。军事、政治结构使体系内主导单位在结构和功能上具有相似性,并使之支持了体系的无政府特征。市场结构促进了东北亚国际社会的发展,同时也造成了发展的不平衡。东北亚需要塑造地区认同以构建“强势东北亚国际体系”。
The Northeast Asia International System is an international subsystem in the perspective of Level-of-Analysis. The structure of the Northeast Asia International System has great impact on the units and the system itself. The military-political structure makes the dominant unit alike on structure and function, and sustains the anarchical characteristic of the system. The market structure promotes the unbalanced development of the Northeast Asia international society. The Northeast Asia should shape regional identity, and construct ＂strong system＂ through strengthening the social-political cohesion of each state.
