抽油机悬点加速度测量中的小波变换方法

摘要 抽油机的悬点运动规律是抽油机工作的重要工作特性指标,测取其运动规律显得十分重要。在实际测量过程中,由于加速度信号中含有大量的噪声信号,难以测得实际加速值及其变化量。文章利用小波变换方法,对加速度传感器取得的悬点加速度信号进行处理,得到抽油机的悬点加速度曲线。 The velocity law of polished rod acceleration is one of the most important performance of pump unit, so it is very important that how to measure it's velocity law. During the course of field test, it is difficult of noise. In this paper, the curve of polished rod acceleration can be gotten when the vibration signals were filtering by wavelet transform.
