摘要
公立医院的发展是各种因素作用的结果,其中,政府、制度和利益相关者因素起关键性作用。从这3个方面入手,探讨建立有活力公立医院运行体制的条件。
The development of public hospital is influenced by all kinds of factors, among these factors,government rules and stakeholders play a role effect.This article disscusses the fundamental conditions in which the public hospitals function.
