摘要 目的评价现代玻璃体切除术用于眼内非磁性异物摘出的临床效果及其手术技巧。方法对采用玻璃体切除术治疗眼内非磁性异物的患者63例(68眼)进行回顾性分析。结果63例(68眼)眼内异物全部一次手术取出。9眼术前合并视网膜脱离者,术后视网膜完全复位。16眼术前合并眼内炎者,术后炎症得到控制。结论现代玻璃体切除联合眼内非磁性异物摘出手术成功率高,可同时治疗外伤所致眼内并发症。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effects and surgical technique of modem vitrectomy for extraction of nonmagnetic intraocular foreign bodies. Methods A retrospective research was done on the extraction of nonmagnetic intraocular foreign bodies with vitrectomy in 63 patients (68 eyes). Results All the nonmagnetic intraocular foreign bodies of the 68 eyes were successfully removed. The successful rate was 100%. The complications of intraocular foreign bodies also can be resolved at the same time(9 cases of retina dettachment and 16 cases of intraocular inflamation), Conclusion Modem vitrectomy is effective for extraction of nonmagnetic intraocular toreign bodies and their complications.
