摘要
目的探讨大肠癌伴转移性肝癌的门静脉的特点。方法回顾250例大肠癌伴转移性肝癌患者的门静脉流速、直径及癌栓发生率,分析其门静脉的特点。结果大肠癌伴转移性肝癌患者门静脉的直径为(10.4±1.34)mm,门静脉流速为(19.7±5.2)cm/s;门静脉癌栓发生率为0;与原发性肝癌的门静脉癌栓发生率相比,存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论在大肠癌伴转移性肝癌中,门静脉的流速及直径改变不显著;与原发性肝癌的门静脉癌栓发生率相比较,大肠癌伴转移性肝癌的门静脉癌栓发生率罕见。
Objective To investigate the characteristic of portal vein in the colorectal cancer with Liver metastasis. Methods The clinical data of the diameter, the flow-rate and incidence of tumor thrombus of portal vein in 250 colorectal cancer patients with liver metastasis were analyzed retrospectively. Results In the eases of eolorectal cancer with liver metastasis, the diameter of portal vein was（10.4±1.34）mm, the flow-rate was （19.7±5.2） cm/s, and the incidence of tumor thrombi was 0. The incidence of tumor thrombi in the eoloreetal cancer with Liver metastasis was significantly different from that of hepatocellular carcinoma（P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The diameter and flow-rate of portal vein in eolorectal cancer with liver metastasis showed no significant changes, and the incidence of tumor thrombus was rare when compared with that in hepatocellular carcinoma.
