摘要
本文分析带状弹性织物张力控制的特殊性与主要影响因素,提出主动馈送式张力控制方法,并自此基础上,采用参数自整定的模糊PID控制算法,设计完整的检测和控制系统方案并进行样机实验,样机实验结果表明主动馈送式张力控制方法在大弹性织物张力控制中有效可行,并对于大弹性材料的变张力控制具有参考价值。
An active feed mode control system model using in the elastic fabric is presented in this paper. Based on the speciality of elastic fabric and the challenge of tension control, a self-adaptive fuzzy PID arithmetic is adopted to design the controller, and also prototype equipment experiments are conducted. The results indicate that this method is characterized by better dynamic performances and practical use values.
