摘要
报道了用1年生海棠苗作为寄主植物饲养苹果绵蚜Eriosomalanigerum(Hausmann)的方法,包括寄主植物的选取、栽培管理、接虫方法及试验结果。该方法既能为苹果绵蚜提供长期新鲜的寄主植物,又能使仔蚜很快定殖成活,十分有利于试验的连续进行,且简单经济。
A new method for rearing woolly apple aphid using Malus prunifolia （Hausmann） seedlings is described, which includs selection of host plant, cuhivation and management, aphid inoculation. The method is simple and effective ; it can get a number of experimental aphids in the laboratory. M. prunlfolia seedlings can provide fresh and adequate nutrients for the development and reproduction of aphids continually, and are easy for nymphs colonizing on the host plant.
