摘要
指出在网络环境下数字化图书馆建设与版权保护息息相关,包括资源的数字化转换、网络传播权、技术保密、版权管理信息等,提出了在数字图书馆建设过程中妥善解决版权问题应采取的措施。
This paper points out that under the network environment the construction of the digital library is closely linked with the copyright protection, which include the digitalized transformation of the resources, the right of the network transmission, the technical privacy protection, and the copyright management information, etc., and puts forward some measures for solving the copyright problem in the course of the construction of the digital library.
