摘要
目的:探讨CT增强扫描碘造影剂不良反应的急救护理与预防措施。方法:对4711例CT增强检查患者碘造影剂所致不良反应进行统计分析,并提出急救护理与预防措施。结果:本组使用离子型造影剂363例,出现中度反应1例,轻度反应34例;使用非离子型造影剂4348例,发生轻度反应29例,均未发生重度过敏反应。结论:充分做好造影剂使用前的准备,造影剂注射过程中加强病情观察,是预防不良反应的发生,提高增强扫描安全性的重要措施。
Objective ： To explore first - aid nursing care and prevention of adverse reaction resulting from contrast medium of iodine for enhancement CT scanning. Methods ： Statistics and analysis were made on adverse reaction resulting from contrast medium of iodine for enhancement CT scanning in 4711 cases so as to find appropriate first- aid nursing care and preventive measures. Results： Moderate adverse reaction occurred in one case and mild adverse reaction in 34 cases among 363 cases given ionic contrast medium; 29 cases were found mild adverse reaction, but no allergic reaction in 4348 cases given non - ionic contrast medium. Conclusion： Full preparation before giving contrast medium, close observation during giving contrast medium are so important in the prevention of adverse reaction and increasing safety of enhancement CT scanning.
