摘要
取带1~2个时原基其大小约为0.37~0.49mm的甘薯茎尖,放在MS+BA0.5mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L+蔗糖4%+琼脂6.5g/L培养基上培养40d,成苗率为31.2%~100%。电镜测出试管苗的脱毒率为90%。大田试验统计表明、甘薯品种鄂薯1号、“51-93”、南薯88的茎尖脱毒苗比正常薯块苗增产9%~20.5%。比病苗增产54.1%~128.9%。
The stem tip of sweet potato which was about 0.37-0.49mm long with 1 or 2primordia of leaf had been cultured on a cultural medium of Ms+0.5m/L BA+0.1mg/L NAA+4% sugar+6.5g/L agar for 40 days.Plantlet ratio was 13.2%~100%,and electronic mi-croscope cheek showed that the virus-free ratio of the plantlet amounted to 90%.Statis-tical test of field experiment showed that the yield of virus-free plant of sweet potatoE shu No.1,51-93 and Nanshu No.88 was 9%~20.5% higher than that of their normal plant,and 54.1%128.9% higher than that of the virus plant.
