摘要
文章针对辽阳石化公司炼油厂混合蜡油糠醛抽提装置发生的水冷器结垢、内漏,装置开停工次数比较频繁及糠醛消耗量大等问题进行分析。找出发生腐蚀的原因,并选用KQHJ-2缓蚀阻焦剂减缓腐蚀,取得良好效果。
The problems of furfural unit in Linaoyang petrochemical company refinery were presented and analyzed. Fouling, inside leaking of water cooler in furfural unit bring frequency repairs and the wasting of corrosion, An effective Inhibitor KQHJ-2 was suggested to mitigate corrosion.
