摘要
在对组织机构运行状态进行状态评价时,所建立的指标不是孤立的,而是相互联系和相互影响的。针对评价指标间的制约关系,构建了制约关系模型;举例分析了指标间是如何制约的,并就其解决算法和计算机实现进行了分析与研究,科学地解决了指标间的制约关系,使得评价指标能更客观地反映组织机构的运行状态。该模型也适用于其它类似评价。
In order to evaluate the organization operational status, evaluation indexes should be constructed according to practice needs. The indexes do not separate from each other, but contact and affect each other. Aiming at the restriction relation among indexes, a restriction relation model was constructed. The restriction condition was analyzed using examples. An algorithm for solving this restriction was presented. The computerizing accomplishment of this algorithm was researched. Thus, the restriction relation among indexed was solved scientifically, which could make evaluation index to reflect organization operational status more objectively. This model could be applied to other similar evaluations.
