摘要
介绍了一套新型大功率高压电机智能试验系统的组成和工作原理。该系统采用分布式控制方案,上位机采用CIMPLICITY组态软件,下位机采用VersaMax PLC。整个系统可实现大功率高压电机试验自动化、数据处理智能化。电机静、动态特性参数测量方便,并能根据测试数据自动评判电机质量。
A new intelligence test system for big power and high voltage motors is introduced. The constitution and principle of the system are given. This system uses the distributed control model that the upper computer uses CIMPLICITY and the lower computer uses VersaMax PLC. This system can make motors test automatically and data handle intelligently. The motionless and dynamic parameters of motors can be got easily. According to the parameters, the motor quality will be given automatically.
