摘要 本文重点介绍广西智能农业专家系统基础数据库的设计和系统功能的实现过程。该系统是基于Web的网络智能农业专家管理系统,由历史和实时气象资料基础数据的收集、天气预报信息的发布管理、专家用语库、农作物病虫害、推理诊断、系统维护、Web查询等7个子系统组成,采用SQL-SYBASE和VB6、PHP相结合的技术方式,实现广西主要农作物智能决策系统与广西各县、市气象信息的互联,即通过选择县、市名称,可自动提取最新发布气象信息数据进行农作物动态智能辅助决策的目标。 The realizing course of design and function of basic database of Guangxi intelligent agricultural expert system was introduced in this paper.This system was based on web network intelligent agricultural expert management system,it was composed of 7 subeystem,such as the collecting of historical and real time meteorological data,the information of weather forecast issue management,expert term storehouse,crops plant diseases,inference diagnosis,System maintenance and web inquiry. With SQL-SYBASE and VB6 and PHP languages were used in this system,the goal of crops intelligent supplementary decision would be realized by newest meteorological information data from each gnangxi county or city.
