叶酸在结肠癌发生发展和防治中作用的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 叶酸是一种水溶性维生素,与DNA合成、修复及稳定密切相关.近来国外许多研究发现叶酸缺乏与结肠癌发生关系密切,补充叶酸可降低结肠癌发生率.本文主要对叶酸的生理作用、叶酸缺乏与结肠癌发生机制及叶酸防治结肠癌应用现况等方面作一综述.
