终末期肝病模型对原发性肝癌患者预后的判断价值 被引量:4

摘要 终末期肝病模型(MELD)是2000年由Malinchoc等创建的一个用来判断终末期肝硬化患者预后的新模型.经过验证,MELD在判断短期(3个月)预后方面是一个较好的模型,本研究目的是验证MELD在判断原发性肝癌(PHC)患者预后方面的价值.
