摘要
中医防治急性冠脉综合征(ACS)应关注以下方面的问题:(1)中药现代药理与不稳定斑块的病理。(2)中医辨证干预ACS不稳定斑块微观客观指标。(3)从络病理论论治ACS。(4)从毒论治ACS。(5)从瘀论治ACS。(6)冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块的病理状态临床分期与辨证施治。
In TCM prevention and treatment of acute coronary syndrome （ACS）, attention should be paid attention to the following：（1）modern pharmacology of TCM and pathology of unstable plaque;（2）microcosmic and objective indexes of TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation for interfering unstable plaque of ACS; （3）treatment of ACS based on the theory of collateral diseases; （4）treatment of ACS based on the theory of toxicity; （5）treatment of ACS based on the theory of blood stasist （6）clinical by-stage of pathological state of coronary atherosclerosis plaque and treatment based on syndrome differentiation.
