摘要
19世纪初德国出现的杨氏体操包含了现代体育的体操、田径、摔跤等许多内容;具有鲜明的军事性和政治性;对当时德国和世界近代体育运动,对近代学校体操课程的设置有巨大的影响。
Yangshi Gymnastics, originated in the early 19th century, includes some aspects of modem PE gymnastics, track and field, wrestling and so on, which has the obvious characteristics of politics and military affairs. It greatly affected Germany at that time and international physical affairs and the set up modern Gyranasties courses in recent years.
