摘要
从构建社会主义和谐社会的视野分析了中国未成年人刑事诉讼程序的不足,并提出了完善中国未成年刑事诉讼程序的思路。认为未成年人是社会的未来,要构建和谐社会,对未成年人犯罪行为不仅要预防、惩罚,更为重要的是能便利未成年犯罪者改恶从善、复归社会。
This article has analyzed the insufficiency of Chinese underage criminal prosecution procedure, and proposed the idea to improve Chinese underage criminal prosecution procedureo Because the underage will be the society＇s future , so to construct the harmonious society, it asks not only to prevent and punish the criminal behavior of underage , but also to be able facilitate the underage criminal to mend one＇s ways and regress the society.
