摘要
通过外铁道部办公自动化工作的主要内容、基本流程及业务特点的分析，介绍了建设管理信息系统的目标和主要功能，研究提出了系统结构、应用模式、网络方案和用户权限等设计思想和方法，论述了系统设计采用的关键技术，并说明了系统的特点，实现办公系统的网络化和电子化，提高工作效率，操作方便和快捷。
It was introduced the aim and main functions of the Construction Management Information System based on the basic workflow and business characteristics of the MOR Office Automation System, and brought forward the idea and methodology of the System architecture, application pattern, network architecture and user management, etc, analyzed the key technology. This System improved the efficiency of the daily work, it was also easy to operate.
