摘要
在铁路运输生产中,铁路局是运输生产直接指挥者。介绍开发铁路局调度系统的必要性,提出系统设计思想、总体结构和功能目标。简单介绍现行铁路局调度系统日班计划系统的系统功能和实现方法。论文重点分析计划系统所包含对象及其各对象之间的关系,提出计划系统与确报系统、现在车系统之间的接口。运用面向对象的思想方法,提出划分车流方向号的思路与方法,实现其可视化界面;将货物列车编组计划进行量化、细分,建立骗组计划维护模型;提出日(班)列车工作大表的底图模型与实现方法;建立车流推算和编制出发车计划的数学模型及其算法。实践证明,文中所提出的模型和算法可行、有效。运用本系统,可使铁路局调度工作变得简单而高效。
The railway administration is the direct commander in daily transportation activities. The necessity of developing the administration Dispatching System was stated. And the design thoughts and the architecture and the functions of this System were introduced, Furthermore, the functions and its implementation methods of Dally Train Plan subsystem in the administration Dispatch System were described briefly.The objects contained in the Dally Train PlanSubsystem and the relationships between them were analyzed, and its interfaces with Train Consist Report and Wagon Statistics were put forward. Under the visual environment is implemented by using the Object-Oriented Programming methods. Moreover, the way of marking the direction codes of wagon flow was provided and its visual interface was also implemented. Meanwhile, the maintain model of Freight Train Formation Plan was set up. And the model of Daily Train base chart was established and its implementation method was also discussed in detail. The mathematic models of calculating the current cars and making Dally Train Plan were set up and the algorithms were also given respectively.The models and algorithms were proved to be feasible and effective. This System would facilitate the dispatch routine of the railway administration to some extent.
