摘要
教人为善去恶是道德教化的核心,儒家将此分为理论层面上探讨恶的来源问题与实践层面上践行去恶的功夫问题。阳明提出气是性的表现,抛弃了理学家主张的气是恶的来源,从而在理论层面上取消了恶的来源;他又以致良知的简易功夫取消了去恶功夫的独立地位,这就不可避免地导致了儒家道德教化的全面危机。
The essence of moral enlightening is to instruct people to do good rather than evil. Confucianism divided this object into theorizing the origin of evil and ridding oneself of evil in practice. Wang Yangming took the Qi as the presentation of the Character, totally giving up the rationalist view that the Character is the origin of evil, thus theoretically denying the origin of evil. Moreovrer, he also introduced the view of depending upon the good Conscience and thus debased the separate identity of effort of ridding oneself of evil, inevitably leading to an overall crisis of Confucianist moral enlightening.
