摘要
文章在分析了平面回音壁模介质谐振器的特点以及它和微带线耦合的基础上,给出了一种新型的基于平面回音壁模介质谐振器的毫米波均衡器子结构。仿真分析证明,这种结构具有良好的谐振频率、Q值和耦合度均可调性,即可通过改变均衡器子结构的参量来调节。最后,用此子结构级联给出了新型毫米波均衡器的实现形式,并且呈现良好的特性。
The analysis of the characteristic of the planar whispering-gallery modes dielectric resonator and the coupling of it and the microstrip line was introduced in this paper. A novel substructure of the millimeter wave equalizer was given. The simulation shows that the resonance frequency, the quality factor and the coupling can be easily tuned by change the parameter of the substructure of the millimeter wave equalizer. The novel millimeter wave equalizer with this substructure cascaded was given at last, and it displayed good performance.
