It illustrates the meaning of considering fire water draining in water fire-extinguishing system, introduces the scope of fire water draining, poses its technical measure according to its different requirements, and makes clear the design method of building fire draining pump and fire water draining collection basin, which is beneficial to perfect the design of water fire-extinguishing system.
