川麦107慢条锈性遗传分析和分子标记研究 被引量:5

Genetics and Molecular Marker Analysis of Slow-Rusting Resistance to Puccinian striiformis f. sp. tritici in Wheat Variety Chuanmai 107

摘要 通过配制杂交组合川麦107×川育12和川麦107×台长29,研究了小麦品种川麦107的慢条锈性遗传特性和分子标记,以期为该品种慢条锈性在新品种选育中的应用提供依据。两个组合F1代植株均表现感病,F2代感病、慢条锈植株呈15∶1分离,表明川麦107慢条锈性受2对隐性基因控制。用已知与Yr5、Yr15、Yr24和Yr26连锁的SSR标记Xgwm501-2B、Xgwm413-1B、Xgwm11-1B和Xgwm18-1B等检测后,没有扩增出相同的条带,表明川麦107可能不含上述4个基因。初步发现了与该品种2个隐性慢条锈基因紧密连锁的SSR标记,即Xgwm46-7B和Xgwm648-3D,其中,Xgwm46-7B位于7B染色体,Xgwm648-3D位于3D染色体,分别与慢条锈性基因相距15.9和20.6cM。 Genetics of the slow-rusting resistance to yellow rust disease in wheat variety Chuanmai 107 was investigated by the F2 populations of Chuanmai 107×Chuanyu 12 and Chuanmai 107×Taichang 29”. F1 plants of the two crosses were highly susceptible to the disease whereas segregalion ratio of the slow-rust plants to the susceptible plants was 1:15 in the two F2 populations, which indicated the slow rust resistance in Chuanmai 107 was controled by two recessive genes. No similar bands were amplified by the SSR markers Xgwm501 2B, Xgwm413-1B, Xgwmll-lB, and Xgwml8 1B, which linked with yellow rust resistance genes Yr5, Yr15, Yr24, and Yr26, respectively. But after more extensive screening, 2 SSR markers, Xgwm46-7B on chromosome 7B and Xgwm648 3D Ron chromosome 3D were detected and linked to the 2 recessive slow-rust genes r1 and r2 in Chuanmal 107. The genetic distances between the two markers and two recessive genes slow-rust genes were 15.9 and 20.6 cM , respectively, the molecular markers of the slow-rust genes would be helpful to slow-rust resistance breeding.
