摘要
近年来,有关网络虚拟财产的民事纠纷不断发生,但是我国的相关立法尚不健全。分析了网络虚拟财产的法律属性,认为网络虚拟财产同时具备物权和债权的属性,并呼吁我国网络虚拟财产急需立法保护。
In recent years, there are a lot of cases about the net virtual property, but the correlative laws of China is distempered. The legal attribution of the net virtual property is mainly analyzed and it is concluded that the fight of the net virtual property is both the ownership and the creditor＇ s fights. It is also appealed that the net virtual property needs legal protection urgently.
