摘要
在乙酸-乙酸钠介质中,Ti^4+与变色酸瞬间反应生成紫红色配合物,最佳测定波长为480nm。研究了酸度、显色剂、显色时间及共存离子对测定结果的影响。结果表明:钛在0.04~6.0mg·L^-1范围内遵守比尔定律,其表观摩尔吸光系数为1.440×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1。方法简便、准确,用于锌基纳米复合镀层中TiO2复合量的测定是可行的。
In HAc-NaAc medium, Ti^4+ reacts with chromotropic acid to form a violet-red complex. The optimum absorption of the complex is at 480 nm. The effects of acidity, chromogenic agent, chromogenic time and co-existing ions on the measurement are investigated. The results show that Beer's Law is obeyed when titanium content is in the range of 0.04 - 6.0 mg·L^-1 and the molar absorptivity is 1.440 × 10^4 L ·mol^-1· cm^-1. The method is simple and accurate. It can be used to determine TiO2 in Zn-based nano-composite coatings with satisfactory results.
