摘要
２９例中晚期贲门癌直接经左胸第８或第９肋床行全胃切除，其中２５例淋巴结清扫达Ｒ２或Ｒ２以上。手术野显露良好，操作满意。我们体会，经左胸低位切口根治性全胃切除是可行的。并发症较其他切口低。并认为对中晚期贲门癌（包括近侧胃癌）行全胃切除应抱积极态度。
Twenty nine cases of cardiac carcinoma of middle or advanced stage were treated by total gastrectomy through the 8th or 9th costal bed on the left side ches,R2 or R2 magnitade of regional lymph nodes clearance were performed in 25 cases of them.The exposure of the operative field was ample and the surgical operation was readily performed.The authors think that radical total gastrectomy through a low incision on the left chest was feasible.The comPlications were fewer than those in other approaches.In 20cases who underwent radical total gastrectomy,the 1-,3-,5-year survival rates were 60%,28. 6% and 16,7% respectively.
