摘要
激光制造技术迅猛发展,正逐渐取代传统的机械制造。本文介绍了激光在机械制造技术中的几个典型应用,激光三维建模技术有效地解决了无人自动化生产线上元件三维信息的获取问题,激光热处理技术解决了其它表面处理方法无法解决或不好解决的材料强化问题,另外,激光在智能识别、快速成型、焊接、熔覆涂层、微加工中也得到了广泛的应用。随着激光技术的进一步发展和市场的不断扩大,激光技术必将在更宽更广的领域中得到更充分的应用。
The technology of laser is developing rapidly and replacing the traditional mechanical manufacture gradually. Several typical applications of laser in mechanical manufacture are introduced here. For example, the three dimensional information of the components that on the roboticized product line is acquired effectively by the three dimensional modeling of laser; materials are strengthened by the heat treatment of laser which can' t be done by other heat treatmont. Furtherrnore, laser is widely applied to intelligent identification, rapid process modeling, jointing, fusing coat, micro process and so on. With the further development of laser technology and the expansion of laser market, it will be applied in much wider fields.
