摘要
【目的】研究支原体感染导致的输卵管不孕患者输卵管液中TNF-α、IFN-γ和IL-6水平。【方法】对179例不孕妇女,应用微量肉汤稀释法检测输卵管液支原体感染情况,双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测TNF-α、IFN-γ和IL-6含量。【结果】179例不孕妇女中显示支原体阳性者97例,其中Uu阳性者91例,Mh阳性者23例,两种支原体均阳性者17例,未检测出支原体者82例。支原体阳性患者血清TNF-α含量为(171.1±21.4)ng/ml,阴性者血清TNF-α含量为(113.7±35.5)ng/ml;阳性患者血清IFN-γ含量为(70.4±11.2)pg/ml,阴性者血清IFN-γ含量为(38.9±12.9)pg/ml;阳性患者血清IL-6含量为(48.9±5.2)pg/ml,阴性者血清IL-6含量为(26.4±4.7)pg/ml;阳性者血清TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-6均高于阴性者,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。且阳性组TNF-α和IL-6含量成正相关(r=0.893,P<0.05)。【结论】认为支原体感染引起的输卵管炎症导致不孕可能与TNF-α、IFN-γ和IL-6升高有关。
[Objective]To explore the levels of TNF-α,IFN-γ and IL-6 in tubal infertility due to mycoplasma. [Methods]One hundred seventy nine patients were investigated. Double-antibody sandwich ELISA was used to study the levels of tumor necrosis factor-alpha（TNF-α）,interferon gamma（IFN-γ） and interleukine-6 （IL-6）. [Results]The result showed that 97 cases were mycoplasma positive and 82 cases were negative. Ninety one cases were Uu positive and 23 cases were Mh positive, 17 cases were both positive. The levels of TNF-α in positive group were （171.1±21.4） ng/ml, and those in negative group were （113.7±35.5） ng/ml. The levels of IFN-γ in positive group were （70.4±11.2） pg/ml, and those in negative group were （38.9±12.9） pg/ml. The levels of IL-6 in positive group were （48.9±5.2） pg/ml, and those in negative group were （26.4 ±4.7） pg/ml. There were significantly differences between two groups（ P〈0. 05）. A statistically significant association was found between levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in positive group. [Conclusion] It is suggested that the tubal infertility caused by mycoplasma may be correlative with the levels of TNF-α,IFN-γ and IL-6.
