摘要
从虚拟团队生命周期的角度对虚拟团队各阶段面临的问题进行考察,从制度建设、人际信任和技术保障3个方面分析具体的挑战,并针对这些问题和挑战提出应对策略和管理方法。
The genesis of virtual team has been taken into account by researchers and practitioners. It also brings about new challenges for management. This paper analyzed the issues among every stage in virtual team＇s life cycle. The challenges of system building, interpersonal trust and technical support were discussed. And the countermeasures to resolve those challenges were brought out at last.
