摘要
本文将可靠性概念引入机构综合,讨论了机构运动可靠性综合的数学模型及其求解方法。在综合过程中同时考虑综合方法本身带来的方法误差和构件尺寸的制造误差引起的随机误差对机构输出构件运动精度的影响,使综合结果满足预定的运动可靠度要求。
Abstractin this paper the reliability concept is introduced into mechanism synthesis,and the mathematical model of motion reliability synthesis for mechanism and its solution are discussed. Both the influence of method error from sgnthesis method itself and that of random errorfrom manufacture error of dimension of component on the accuracy of the output component of mechanism taken into account simultaneously in the course of synthesis,thus make the synthesis result meets the require ment of predetermined motion reliability. A synthetic living example of motion reliability of function generator. for slider crank mechanism is givens.
