摘要
目的探讨直丝弓矫治器在恒前牙脱位中的临床疗效。方法恒前牙外伤移位患者23例,采用直丝弓矫治器固定12例,采用牙弓夹板固定11例,对两种固定方法的疗效进行比较。结果采用直丝弓矫治器固定的12例病人中,固定的总牙齿数是21颗,成功21颗;采用金属牙弓夹板固定的11例患者中,固定的总牙齿数是16颗,成功13颗,失败3颗,P<0.01,两者间差异有非常显著性。结论直丝弓矫治器固定外伤恒前牙的疗效可靠,比牙弓夹板固定好。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of fixing the dislocated permanent anterior teeth by the straight - wire appliance . Methods There were 23 patients the permanent anterior teeth dislocated. Used the straight - wire appliance fixed 12 patients, used the tooth bow clamping plank fixed 11 examples. To compare the effects of the two methods. Results Used the straight - wire appliance to fix 12 patients, 21 examples were successful. Used in metal tooth bow clamping plank fixed 11 patients, 3 examples were defeated. To compare two fixed methods, the success ratios, have significance difference, P〈 0.01. Conclusion The effect of fixing the dislocated permanent antrior teeth with stuaight - wire appliance is reliable and simple. Also in the enormous degree reduced patient＇ s pain. It is worth promoting the application.
