摘要
传统的数控加工参数的制定多以编程人员自身积累的经验来制定,产品加工质量因人而异,并很难保证高的加工质量。利用UG提供的基本功能和二次开发工具,开发出一套基于知识库的数控加工CAPP系统,将加工各种零件所获得的知识,经过分析处理,保存在数据库中,运用工艺规划模块帮助缺少经验的编程人员快速生成对应加工特征的合理加工参数,缩短了零件加工的周期,提高了加工效益并获得稳定的加工质量。
Traditionally, programmers establish NC manufacturing parameters with their experiences. It' s hard to get the high quality. With the basic functions and secondary development tools of UG, an system based on Knowledge Base is developed. It saves the knowledge on manufacturing of all kinds of parts in data bases and use the process planning module to help the workers who have little experiences get the reasonable manufacturing parameters quickly. This system shortens the cycle of part manufacturing and improves the benefit and manufacturing quality.
