摘要
基于热网络技术对双螺杆泵装置在实际工况条件下的温度场分布进行了研究,在对固体结构件、润滑油和原生石油的热物性参数分析、工况条件和边界条件分析的基础上,通过求解包含有113个节点温度值的方程组,获得了双螺杆泵装置的稳态温度场分布。不仅为类似于双螺杆泵装置这样的复杂系统的热分析提供了可行的手段,而且为系统中关键零部件的有限元热分析提供了温度边界条件。
The temperature field of the screw pump system in operation is determined with the application of the thermal network analysis. Through the analysis of the parameters, the work and boundary conditions, the thermal balance coupled equations can be established and solved, which include 113 nodes temperature. Then the temperature field distribution is able to be determined. This paper not only can make thermal analysis of the complexity system operable such as the screw pump system, but also can apply the boundary conditions for the finite element analysis to the key parts in the system.
