摘要
工作点控制是实用型开环光纤陀螺必须解决的技术问题,为此提出了全数字开环光纤陀螺工作点控制方案。在不增加硬件的情况下,通过提取陀螺信号中的二、四次谐波幅值获得陀螺工作点信号,并作为控制输入量,调整调制信号的幅度,实现对陀螺工作点的实时控制。实验表明,该方案在宽温度范围内使陀螺工作点稳定性达到1.16×10-3,偏差为3.1×10-4,在-40℃到60℃范围内的启动时间小于10s。
The work point in a practical open loop Fiber Optic Gyroscope (FOG) must be controlled. A work point control method in all digital open-loop FOG is presented, According to the work point, gotten through the second and fourth harmonic components in open loop FOG signal, the control system adjust the amplitude of the modulation signal to control the work point without adding any hardware. The experimental results show the control method can stabilize the work point of open loop FOG in large temperature range. The control stability is 1.16 × 10^-3 , bias is 3.1 × 10^-4 and the start-up time is less than 10s from - 40℃ to 60℃.
