摘要
目的 了解医生、患者对护士数量与素质的需求,分析护士发展的方向。方法采用自制问卷对242名患者、79名医生进行调查。结果医生、患者对好护士的评价标准有差异;大部分患者和医生都认为目前护士过少、夜班护士不够;患者对护士的年龄基本不敏感;25~35岁年龄段、大专学历的护士最适合临床工作。结论建议:(1)严格遵照卫生部要求的床护比;(2)注重对青年人才(25~35岁)的培养和应用,避免流失。
Objective To study the requirements for quantity and quality of nurse staffs from the view of physicians and patients, so as to analyze the development orientation of nurse staffs. Methods 242 patients and 79 physicians were interviewed with self-designed questionnaire. Results The evaluation criteria of good nurse were different between physicians and patients. Many of them complained of being short of nurses and lack of night-shift nurse. Patients cared little about the age of nurse. Nurses, especially those 25 - 35 years old and graduated from junior college, were most appropriate in clinical work. Conclusion It is advised to strictly obey the standards on the rate of beds to nurses which is built by the Ministry of Health. More attention should be paid to training and using young persons of 25 - 35 years old.
