摘要
在植物遗传转化研究中,外植体通过不定芽诱导途径再生植株有利于保持原有品种或材料的优良农艺性状,再转移进由某一目的基因控制的特定性状即可达到品种改良的目的。虽然已有从结球甘蓝(Brassica oleracea L.var.copitata)种子无菌苗的子叶柄切口和下胚轴切段诱导不定芽发生的报道,但不定芽的诱导频率仅为4%左右。
The hypocotyl segments and cotyledon petioles of 6 self-incompatible lines of cab- bage were cultured on a modified MS medium supplemented with 0—1mg/L 6-BA,1—5mg/L ZT and 0.05mg/L NAA.Adventitious buds were induced from these explants,and clustered shoots formed.The rate of induced adventitious buds was 10%—100% from cotyledon petioles, and 26%—100% from hypocotyls.Young shoots developed into regenerated plantlets on the basic medium containing 0.2mg/LKT and 0.2mg/LIBA.
