摘要
以甘蓝型油菜polima细胞质雄性不育(CMS)系07A和杂一代品种川油12号为材料,连续两年采用四元二次回归正交旋转组合设计,研究了氮、磷、钾、硼不同施用量对上述材料育性的影响。结果表明:(1)不育系的不育度和杂一代的恢复度均受年度间气候变化的影响,同一材料在年度间有不同的表现,对各元素施用量的反映也不尽相同;(2)施用过多的氮肥会降低07A的不育度和杂一代的恢复度,而增施磷、钾、硼肥可提高不育度或恢复经,但如钾、硼肥太多则会减弱这种作用。营养元素影响育性的生理机制还有待进一步研究。
The effects of different level of N, P, K, B on the fertility of polima CMS line 07A and its F1 hybrid chuan-you 12 (B. napus L. ) was studied through the quadratic regression orthogonal gyration Combination design in two years. The results showed: (1) the sterility degree of sterile line and the restoring degree of its hybrid could be affected by the weather conditions between years, and the same material gave different expression among years and different level of each element, (2) over applying of N could reduce the sterility degree of 07A and the restoring degree of F1 hybrid more P ,K ,B applying could increase the sterility degree or restoring degree, however, over applying of K and B could decrease the effect.The physiological mechanism of nutrient element effects on fertility needs to be studied further.
