摘要
在深入总结蕉农经验和借鉴前人成功技术的基础上,结合有关病害及介体香蕉交脉蚜传播、蔓延特性、流行规律、病株铲除措施的研究结果,针对病害流行特点,制定简单易行而无公害的治理方案。这一方案包括及早察别,铲前喷药;铲刨结合,铲后清园;适时巧治,防蚜治病;补种健苗,精心管理等措施。该方案在莆田和漳州两地示范,取得了明显的防治效果。在无病区,种植无病蕉苗更是一项极为有效的措施,为了进一步推广这一治理方案,务必加强领导,培训蕉农,健全群防体制,并结合建立无病毒香蕉种苗基地,强化检疫法规的实施。
A set of integrated control measures has been formulated in accordance with the study results on transmission mode, virus-vector relationship, disease epidemiology and local situation, partially referring to the experience of banana growers and previously successful techniques. The measures were simply and easily adopted. Local demonstrations in the banana-growing areas were proved to be very successful and good results have been achieved. The integrated control measures mainly consisted of detecting diseased plants at the early stage, killing the diseased plants immediately, but spraying insecticides first so as to kill any vector aphis before eliminating the plants, controlling the vector aphis in due time, replanting with virus-free seedlings or plantlets and cultivating bananas elaborately. In uninfected area, virus-free suckers and plantlets were simply adopted to prevent the disease. For further extension of the integrated control measures, it is vital and urgent to strengthen the leadership and direction, to establish a system of preventing the disease by all the banana growers, to set up stock plants nursery and seedling factory (base) producing virus-free banana seedlings and micropropagated plantlets and to consolidate the enforcement of quarantine regulations.
