摘要
运用文献综述和归纳演绎法,粗略概述了健康物品的公共品属性和西方福利国家的健康公共品供给,描述了改革开放以来中国卫生服务的商品属性以及提供健康公共品的紧迫性,提出了在世界健康模式变迁的环境下,中国建立全面健康观念、多部门协同配合提供全面系统的健康公共品的政策建议。
