ATT方案治疗成熟外周T细胞淋巴瘤 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨ATT(Alternatingtripletherapy)方案对成熟外周T细胞淋巴瘤的疗效与毒副反应。方法采用ATT方案治疗39例成熟外周T细胞淋巴瘤,其中初治20例,难治性9例,复发性10例。结果完全缓解率为69.2%,总有效率为89.7%。初治病例完全缓解率为80.0%,总有效率为95.0%,难治性或复发性病例完全缓解率为57.9%,总有效率为84.2%。毒副作用主要为骨髓抑制、消化道症状和轻度肝功能异常。结论ATT方案可作为成熟外周T细胞淋巴瘤的一线治疗方案,也可用于CHOP方案治疗失败或复发的病例,且毒副反应可以耐受。
