摘要
本试验通过对１１个野生黑木耳菌株的驯化栽培，初步迭出了０７号优良菌株。该菌林每立方米耳木产木耳２１．０千克，比对照（１９．７千克）高１．３千克，与对照之间差异显著，与其它１０个菌株相比差异极显著。在质量和抗逆性方面分别护近和优于对照．更优于其它菌株。试验表明，利用本地区野生黑木耳资源筛迭适合本地区栽培的优良品种的方法是可行的。
Abstract In this test we domesticated eleven strains of wild Auricularia auricla and selected an excellent strain-No.07 initialy,It's per unit yield is 21.0 kilogram per stere wood.It has increased by 1.3 kilogram compared with contrast group.The difference between N0.07 and contrast is marked level,The difference alnong No.07 and other strains is very marked level.No.07 is proximate to contrast group in the quality and better than it in the anti-adversity.It is better than the other ten strains in the quality and anti-adversity.The result shows that it is practicable to screen excellent strains that fit into culturing in local region from local wild sourse of Auricularia auricula.
